Can I share a gift with the project?

Yes! Liberation Spring LLC currently accepts PayPal, cash, Patreon patronage, or check.

What’s this CopyLeft all about?

Attribution disclaimer: I’m sharing all the materials on this site for free as an anti-capitalist in the spirit of strengthening our communities & movements. Please remember, though, that the work of women of color is regularly stolen & appropriated- don’t be that guy! Giving credit where due is a necessary practice of humility & helps other folks learn. So all non-commercial use, distribution, & reproduction in any medium is permitted, provided the original work is properly cited. See our terms of use here.

How much will a season’s class cost?

Since I’m committed to structurally addressing access and privilege within Liberation Spring LLC, each seasonal course is available by an offering of $240 per participant. LS operates on a totally pay-what-you-can basis, with no one turned away for lack of funds. This is my full-time labor of love & I don’t have independent wealth nor external financial support, so please share what you can.

By the way, the university tuition that would be required for a comparable class at many of the institutions where I’ve previously taught would be roughly $3,000. We have the flexibility to learn more effectively and joyfully outside of such bureaucratic systems, though, so the comparison is just an approximation.

What if I’d like to take a class with you that isn’t offered this season?

Let me know and I’m happy to create customized curriculum for you or your group or offer courses that I don’t have up on this site. Alternatively, if your heart is set on a certain class, but your schedule doesn’t permit you to participate, consider arranging a private class for yourself and some friends. Feel free to be in touch- I look forward to hearing from you!

What’s all this about nourishment?

We share plant-based food together during our weekly face-to-face classes, so you’re more than welcome to do so. This is totally optional, as folks casually bring a dish or offering whenever and however they like. Part of our approach to embodied learning involves taking care of ourselves and making sure we’re properly nourished, intellectually and physically!

Can I bring my children to the face-to-face classes?

Yes. However, please know that you’re fully responsible for any children you may bring.
